Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Lunura Memories. Every piece is prepared with care and sent to you with tracking, so you always know where your order is.

FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER
Standard shipping is free to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands. There is no minimum order value.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery takes 6–9 business days after dispatch, to all countries we ship to.
This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery can take longer during peak seasons such as Mother's Day and the holidays, or because of customs or carrier delays.

TRACKING
As soon as your order is dispatched, we send you an email with a tracking number and a tracking link. All orders are shipped with tracking and insured against loss and damage in transit.

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to the countries shown at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us and we will see what is possible.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
Depending on the destination, import duties or taxes may be charged by customs. If any are payable and not shown at checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible at lunura.kontakt@gmail.com. We can only change the address before the order is dispatched.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PARCELS
If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at lunura.kontakt@gmail.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours and will make it right.
